Booking the carnet is mandatory, subject to the availability of individual hotels, and must be made at least 3 days before the arrival date by contacting the Reservations Center Starhotels (800495389 from Italy; +39 055 36925 from abroad, reservations@starhotels.it), referring to the voucher reference number shown on the purchase confirmation. The voucher is non-refundable, and the stay with a Citybreaks Carnet can be postponed once only. Any extras and the city tax applicable in some locations are not included in the Carnet.
